Time for a New Phone!

It’s a very exciting time that only happens once every two years! It’s time for a new phone! What phone to get? This is a VERY important question. I’m going to have this thing for two years so I don’t want to go wrong. I feel like I made the wrong choice the last two times so I want to get it right this time. I only use my phone like every second of every day. So what does everyone recommend? What I’ve read from consumer reports is that it seems to be the Droid Razr Maxx or the iPhone 4S.  But these are going to be “investments.” They are a little pricey and I don’t think they ever have legitimate sales on top of the line phones. I’m leaning towards the iPhone because everyone that has one seems to love it and I’ve heard that the Droids can be confusing to operate. I also think that Siri and I would get along nicely. But the Droid Razr Maxx is supposed to have an amazing battery life so that’s hard to pass up. My dad recently got a new phone for ten dollars so he’s all about me finding a steal like that but they only have these deals for what seem to be the middle-of-the-line phones. He complains all the time about how his battery can’t last through the day. I don’t want that to be me but then again, getting a smartphone for ten dollars or less would be quite the accomplishment. But is it worth settling?

  1. I can say this much that I love Siri. And when you say siri "I love you", she replies, "I hope you don't say this to other phones".

  2. Just a tip: If you are looking for a non-iPhone, different retailers often have different phones on sale for your service provider. For example, my dad spotted a deal over thanksgiving and our family all got Samsung S2s for $1 a piece while they were $100-$200 elsewhere (ex. Best Buy, Radioshack, AT&T store). Apple rarely does sales. Also its rumored that the iPhone 5 will be coming soon, that may be an investment waiting for. Or snag an iPhone 4S when its price finally drops.
Good luck with making this new 2-year commitment.

  4. I'm not familiar with the Droid Razr Maxx(it sounds like something from the space). But ,I can till you that iPhon is the best phone I've ever used. It is very easy to operate, has a loot of applications, and the software is updated frequently.
I wish that I will keep it for two years or more and not to lose it as my previous three phones.

  5. Everyone has different opinion toward the best phone with reasonable price. From my experience, I had BlackBerry and it was good in shape and usage but it does have a high capability like I phone 4S. It has many features that can make your life easier. Also, there is another kind of cell phones which is Galaxy, I've heard a good reputation about it and it is very similar to I phone 4S with better price. However, I encourage you to get I phone 4S or wait two months then get I phone 5 this summer.
